Do you offer returns and exchange?
You always have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you.
The Boom Beverage guarantees to refund any items, provided that they have been kept in reasonable condition prior to their return. All our packages contain a return address label to use when you send items back.
No exchange for beverage items (Boom Energy Shot) or for used, damaged /altered goods, and discounted products.
Good sold are non refundable
In case of dispute, The Boom Beverage reserves the right of the final decisions
Do you ship international?
No we do not ship internationally.
How long does it take for my item to arrive?
Domestic orders should take 4-10 business days to arrive, after it has been shipped.
We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Hausboom Online Store.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 4 - 10 working days after order verification and credit card approval.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
We use flat-rate shipping of RM 8.00 for West Malaysia and RM 10.00 for East Malaysia.
All shipments are processed in our HQ to both East and West Malaysia.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Boom Beverage our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may only return or exchange merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. Boom Energy Shot orders may not be returned for hygiene purposes.

Please note: If your order was placed through an on-ground event, it cannot be exchanged back to us.
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and unworn.
All returned items should be sent in their new original condition and packaging including product bar code tags e.g. accessories should be returned with the original packaging.
Do not paste anything on the product.
Please note that we will send back any return items that do not fulfill all conditions.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 14 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or promo codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order is not eligible for any refund. Processing time varies seasonally.
The Boom Beverage reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
